Use the app version approved for your exact device and phone. The documented NFC workflow reads the device's Metadata, prepares a complete image, transfers it, and waits for the refresh result.

The firmware contract describes this behavior; it does not confirm a public app release, app-store listing, account requirement, or universal phone compatibility. Obtain the applicable app and compatibility information with your product or through support.

What the app needs to handle

• Read Metadata instead of guessing from a product name.
• Prepare a complete image, including text.
• Wait for display readiness before sending image data.
• Confirm the whole image is loaded before requesting refresh.
• Keep commands quiet during refresh and wait for the completion event.
• Restart the complete upload when the device requires it.

These are responsibilities of a compatible app. You should not need to enter raw NFC commands or firmware settings.
